1. Select the checkbox of the user dictionary to edit.

- Editing cannot be performed with multiple user dictionaries selected. Select only one.

Adding entries
1. In [Add Entry], enter the source text in (1) and the translated text in (2), and then click [Add].
- Note
- The same source text cannot be added multiple times.
- Up to 20,000 entries may be added.
- Up to 100 characters may be entered.
- Tab and line feed characters cannot be entered. Other control characters will be deleted if entered.
- If Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or Indonesian is used for either source text or translated text within the language pair, single-byte characters "|" (pipe) and "/" (slash) cannot be entered.
The entry is added to the list.
2. Click [Apply] and save the user dictionary.

- Changes are not saved automatically. Make sure to save changes after editing.
Changing entries
1. Click (edit) for the entry to edit.
2. The entry can now be edited. Edit the entry and then click (complete).

- Click (cancel) to revert any changes.
3. Click [Apply] and save the user dictionary.

Enabling and disabling entries
1. Click the checkbox for the applicable entry.
- Select checkbox: The entry will be used during translation.
- Clear checkbox:The entry will not be used during translation.
2. Click [Apply] and save the user dictionary.

Deleting entries
1. Click (delete) for the entry to delete.
2. Click [OK].
3. Click [Apply] and save the user dictionary.
