If no activity occurs for a period of time after signing in, the session will be timed out for security reasons. You will be forced to log out, and will need to sign in again prior to use.
You can select the session timeout period (session timeout value) when applying for the service (this cannot be set individually for each user).
You can also change the current session timeout value (you will need to submit a change request).
