A personal dictionary containing proper noun entries such as product names and technical terms can be
registered in advance for use during text translation or file translation.
Personal dictionaries are unique dictionaries set for individual users. They can be used along with any user
dictionaries included in profiles sent by a group leader or administrator user. For details, refer to the following.

- Personal dictionaries cannot be used if an administrator user has disabled them.
Personal dictionary screen
1. Click [Text Translation] or [File Translation] in the [Translation Tools] menu.
2. Select the [Personal Dictionary] checkbox.
3. Click (1)
